Refund and Returns Policy

At Dongguan Qianxu Trading Co., Ltd. (operating blint.top), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all original tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are visibly worn, damaged, or altered in any way beyond their original condition upon receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).
  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or directly to our address without first obtaining an RMA number.

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours is preferred). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
